Finally, the makers of Ultraman have announced release date and time for much-awaited Season 3 and the number of episodes

For those unversed, the Ultraman series has spanned more than five decades and a profusion of multi-media goods ranging from anime and manga to live-action films.

This week marks the end of Netflix’s Ultraman series, with fans around the world eagerly anticipating the launch of the third and final season.

According to the Netflix Media Centre, all 12 episodes of the series’ third and final season will be released around the world at the following international times:

Eastern Standard Time – 3 AM

British Standard Time – 8 AM

European Standard Time – 9 AM

Indian Standard Time – 12:30 PM

Philippines Standard Time – 3 PM

Ultraman franchise is still one of the world’s most recognizable and popular science fiction series, having co-created the iconic Tokusatsu genre with franchises likes of Kamen Rider and Super Sentai (aka Power Rangers).

The franchise debuted In 1966 with the dual TV shows Ultra Q and Ultraman; however, it wouldn’t be long before the Tsuburaya Productions IP became one of the world’s largest multi-media franchises.

By 1987, the franchise had earned an astounding $7.4 billion in revenue, which is more than $18 million today after inflation.

Despite no major revenue updates since then, Ultraman remains one of the highest-grossing multi-media franchises in history.
