In an interview, Jock Zonfrillo revealed that he never believed in love at first sight before meeting his wife Lauren Fried.
“And then we had kids together which has made the family bond even better,” Jock said by adding that living in Australia is a real “positive influence”.

Meet Lauren Fried
Jock got married to his wife Lauren Fried on New Year in 2017. They both have two kids namely Alfie, and Isla. Jock has two teenage daughters, Ava and Sophia, from the chef’s two marriages.
Last year, both Jock and Lauren celebrated their anniversary, with Chef taking to his Instagram to share sweet words about his wife. “Every time I look at the photo of the wedding day I think how lucky I am, as I have found you.”
Jock further credited his family for helping him to deal with mental health by revealing that nothing back his anxiety like spending quality time with his family members.
“Rolling around on a carpet, playing with the LEGO or cars with my kids – this for me reduces my anxiety.”
Lauren Fried was his third wife. The duo tied the knot after meeting her on Twitter in October of 2014. Prior to Jock’s death, they both lived in Carlton and in 2020, Fried and Zonfrillo had a daughter together.
Jock was known for being a judge on a famous cooking show, MasterChef Australia, along with Melissa Leong and Andy Allen. Jock was the founder of The Orana Foundation, which is an organization dedicated to preserving and celebrating the culinary heritage of Australia’s indigenous people.
Lauren Fred was born on 4th September 1975, in the United Sttes and is 46 years old as of 2023. While her net worth isn’t known, Jock was worth $5 million.

Unfortunately, Jock Zonfrillo died in Melbourne, Australia on the 30th of April in 2023, at the early age of 46 years. There was no confirmation from his family initially but later on, his Instagram was used to share the news of his passing with his well-wishers and fans.
