Pedri was one of the players who played the most minutes in top-flight football. He appeared 74 times last season for both Spain and Barcelona combined. Currently, he is nominated for the Ballon D’or and Kopa trophy. The Kopa Trophy is given to the best youngest player of the previous season.

Pedri scored four goals for Barcelona in the previous season and assisted thrice. Furthermore, one of his goals came in the Champions League, the rest three were in La Liga.

Contract Details And Weekly Wage
Pedri’s new contract states that he will be staying at Camp Nou till 2026. Moreover, the release clause is said to be €1 billion and it will expire on 30th June 2026.

In the recent release of FIFA 22, Pedri received a rating of 81. In the previous edition, he was rated 77.
Pedri is a young talent who is considered the successor of club legend Andreas Iniesta. However, it will be too early to say that because he is only 18-years old. Considering the current situation of Barcelona, the new contract is not a bad deal for the Catalans.
