Brooklyn Nets GM Sean Marks has asserted that Kyrie Irving will be sidelined completely from the Brooklyn Nets till he gets his COVID-19 vaccine
From believing that the Earth is flat to claiming that COVID-19 vaccines are not healthy for a person, Kyrie Irving has over the years managed to successfully fry all his brain cells.
Despite us being embroiled in one of the worst pandemics of the modern era with wave after wave of COVID outbursts battering the United States, a raft of people continue to remain selfish to their own means. Despite global data documenting that vaccines are indeed working towards ending the pandemic, manifold people globally, more so in USA have refused to get inoculated.
Among them are a string of NBA players as well including Brooklyn Nets’ Kyrie Irving. The player is said to have lead the group of anti-vax players with refusing to budge from his adamant stance of not taking the COVID-19 vaccine.
Brooklyn Nets Completely Shut Out Kyrie Irving Till He Gets COVID Vaccine
Given the rule in New York, Irving was all set to miss his side’s home games as a result of his complete refusal to budge from his position. However, Irving will not only miss out on the Nets’ home games but will not play a part in the side’s modus operandi this season till he gets his shots.
Nets’ General Manager, Sean Marks has put an end to the ongoing saga regarding Irving’s status with him revealing the side had decided that Irving would not play or travel with the side till he complies with the league’s guidelines. The latest development comes as a massive setback to Irving who is envisaged to be contemplating retirement if things fail to swing his way.
