Kai Cenat is a popular Popular Twitch streamer who was recently banned from the platform, find out the reason behind his ban.

According to reports, Kai Cenat, one of the most well-known Twitch streamers, was reportedlyย banned from the platform on April 17.

Cenat’s suspension also comes after he surpassed Ludiwg and Ninja as the streamer with the most active subscribers as a result of his renowned February subathon, a continuous 30-day stream. The recipient of the Streamer of the Year award addressed the issue on social media, posting the word “BANNED” on his Twitter profile.

Now, his Twitch channel features a message that reads,

This channel is temporarily unavailable due to a violation of Twitchโ€™s community guidelines or terms of service.

Although the notice claims that Cenat was banned for breaking the platform’s community rules or terms of service, no particular explanation has been given for the ban so far. Due to this, fans began to wonder what would be the real reason behind his ban.

So letโ€™s explore the potential reasons behind the Twitch ban of Kai Cenat:

Explained why did Twitch ban Kai Cenat, sub count and earnings in 2023

Kai Cenat officially surpassed 300,000 subscribers on Twitch in March, 2023ย  and h is sub count is now the highest that has ever been achieved on the platform. According to Twitch Tracker, he had an average of about 51K concurrent viewers in 2022 and with an average hours streamed per month being 114, and assuming he probably ran two $10 CPM ads per hour, his monthly ad revenue would be: 2 X 144 X 10 X 51 = $146K per month.

Since Kai Cenat was banned from Twitch, many people are wondering whether the restriction had anything to do with the broadcaster receiving shoes from Twitch rival Kick amid speculations that he was switching to the new streaming service.

Another commonly speculated possibility on the internet is that Cenat might get banned because heย recorded himself riding a motorcycle inside his home and colliding with the desk he uses for streaming.

It is because some viewers think JinnyTTY’s suspension on Twitch could have something to do with the fact that he was previously suspended for recklessly operating a scooter while streaming. No information has been given on how long the ban is and if its temporary or permanent.

It was his second ban

Prior to his most recent ban, Kai Cenat had a Twitch ban inย 2021. However, much like the most recent suspension, no explicit justification for the streaming platform’s move was given.

During the initial ban, Cenat was apparently standing in the middle of a stream. His abrupt shutdown of the broadcast with a “channel suspended” warning left fans stunned and perplexed. The ban also sparked the trending hashtag #FreeKai on Twitter.
