Mark Sheehan and his love Rina Sheehan met back in the 2000s after he moved to the United States for writing and producing music. Rina is a playback singer. The duo met when she was brought into the studio as a backing singer while Mark was working in the studio.
Mark revealed in a 2008 interview about his relationship with his wife, “Rina hails from Texas, we met on the road and I was producing in different studios at that time.”
“We both met in a very usual way of how you do. We both married three years ago.” He further added.
Rina stayed out of the limelight during Mark’s fame, and she did not appear in the public eye alongside the band. Rina didn’t share details related to her education or family.

The duo shared a great bond and they together have three children. Prior to Mark’s tragic death on the 14th of April, he suffered from a short battle with illness. They both welcomed their first child back in 2008. The couple went on to have another daughter whom they named Avery and a younger son named Lil.

Mark and Rina got hitched in 2005, three years before they welcomed their first daughter and eldest son Cameron.
The duo was married for almost 17 years before the musician passed away. Dublin-based based rock band said, “A loved husband, father, and an amazing band mate Mark have passed away after a brief illness. The family asks his fans to pay respect at this time and give them some privacy.”
Mark took his last breath in a hospital but the exact cause behind his passing is not known.
