The first openly transgender female boxer, Fallon Fox, admitted that, despite reports to the contrary, she had only ever shattered the skull of one opponent.

Fox has drawn criticism since she made her MMA debut in 2012, with some MMA fans questioning the Florida State Athletic Commission for allowing her participation licence.

She has since amassed a professional record of 5-1, with her most recent victory coming in 2014.

Dr. Anatasia Loupis, an internet celebrity and medical professional, recently criticised Fallon Fox on Twitter. Fox’s selection as the “Bravest Athlete” for 2020 was opposed by Loupis, who contended that the 47-year-old shouldn’t be honoured for shattering the skulls of two women because “The Queen of Swords” was a guy.

She told:

Fallon Fox, a transgender MMA fighter, has now broken 2 female opponent’s skulls. A man beating on women and named “Bravest Athlete” in 2020. The hate for women is real.”

In response to her critics in 2020, Fox claimed that she actually only fractured the skull of one of her rivals, not two. Fox’s tweet, in which she claimed to relish combating transphobes, was equally controversial.

The tweet that is now deleted stated:

For the record, I knocked two out. One woman’s skull was fractured, the other not. And just so you know, I enjoyed it. See, I love smacking up TEFS (sic) in the cage who talk transphobic nonsense. It’s bliss.”

What did the opponent who sustained a skull fracture have to say about competing against Fallon Fox in 2014?

2014’s Capital City Cage Wars included a women’s featherweight contest between Fallon Fox and Tamikka Brents.

Fox controlled the infamous bout right away, ruthlessly ending it by TKOing her opponent two minutes into the first round.

Later, it was determined that Brents had suffered a concussion, a cracked skull, and numerous stapes in her head as a result of “The Queen of Swords'” thrashing of her.

After the battle, Tamikka Brents spoke with WhoaTV and claimed that the strength disparity between her and Fox was the biggest difference she has experienced in her career.

I’ve fought a lot of women and have never felt the strength that I felt in a fight as I did that night. I can’t answer whether it’s because she was born a man or not because I’m not a doctor.”

She further stated that she can only say that while being an unusually strong woman in her own right, she never felt so outmatched in her life.

She had a peculiar grip; although, with other female opponents, she could typically wiggle about in the clinch, she was completely immobile with Fox.
