Nani is the third actor, after Chiranjeevi and Raviteja, to carve his name in gold letters in the Telugu Film Industry (TFI), and is known for his effortless acting and films. Some fans only watch his performances; nonetheless, he has appeared in the best films, including Jersey, Shyam Singh Roy, and Ante Sundaraniki, and he is currently basking in the glory of the rough and unpolished action drama Dasara.
Despite receiving positive reviews from both audiences and critics, Dasara has been pitted against Ajay Devgn’s remake of the Tamil film Kaithi, Bholaa. According to Telugu film standards, the film was a huge success, prompting streaming services to rush to acquire the film’s digital rights. Netflix eventually paid Rs 22 crores for the OTT rights.
The streaming service has decided to wait and see how the film performs in theaters before announcing the release date. However, sources claim that the OTT behemoth will begin streaming the film in the middle of May, with some claiming that it will begin streaming on May 30, 2023.
Netflix, the global digital giant, has paid a high price for the OTT rights to the film Dasara and is waiting for the film’s theatrical run to end before releasing it on its platform. The streaming service has not announced a specific release date for the film, but sources say it will be released in mid-May or at the end of May.
The film’s buzz can be gauged by the fact that the trailer was viewed 2 million times within two weeks of its release. Dharani (Nani) has had numerous phobias since he was a child.

The film sold for astronomical prices all over the world, the most in Nani’s career. The film has received respectable reservations, but given the volume of pre-business generated, they could have been better. Dasara’s producers reported that the film grossed over Rs 87 crore at the box office worldwide in its first weekend.
When it premiered on March 30, the historical action drama received a mixed reaction. The pan-Indian film was released in five official languages: Telugu, Tamil, Malayalam, Kannada, and Hindi.
