Much to the disappointment of fans, several top profile players are set to miss out on the upcoming competition due to injuries including Rafael Nadal.
Monte Carlo Masters 2023 schedule
The Monte Carlo Masters 2023 will begin with its main draw on Sunday 9th April. The singles and doubles finals will then take place a week later on the 16th April. Ahead of the competition, the qualifying draw will take place on Saturday 8th April and Sunday 9th April.

Several top tennis stars like Rafael Nadal and Carlos Alcaraz, Canadian’s Felix Auger-Aliassime and Denis Shapovalov, are all set to miss the Monte Carlo Masters 2023 due to injuries.
With several top stars out of the competition, fans will be excited to hear that Novak Djokovic, who is a two-time Monte Carlo Masters champion, will headline the event.
Besides him, several former champions have received wildcards including Stan Wawrinka and Fabio Fognini, alongside young Brit Jack Draper and Monegasque Valentin Vacherot.

Monte Carlo Masters venue
The Monte Carlo Country Club is all set to host the Monte Carlo Masters, which is the first clay ATP Masters event of the season. The club was opened back in 1928 and the centre court holds a capacity of 10,000 people. The venue overlooks the picturesque ocean and is a favourite tour location for many of the players.
