A wedding band was also taken by the 35-year-old sushi chef at Moreno Valley’s Oishii Sushi & Teriyaki. He had intended to marry his 33-year-old fiancée Gutierrez, who goes by Ramona Saavedra on social media. But, what Juarez believed to be a proposal that would be broadcast on the jumbotron instead resulted in him being tackled by security personnel on the field and becoming the star of a viral video.

Ricardo Juarez: who is he?
A 35-year-old LA Dodgers fan named Ricardo Juarez rushed Chavez Ravine to pop the question to his fiancée Ramona Saavedra. When the Dodgers played the Arizona Diamondbacks on an opening day last week, the incident took place. On social media, a video of Juarez sprinting to centre field in the middle of the seventh inning has gone viral. Juarez gets down on one knee to ask his sweetheart to marry him after sprinting to centerfield.
When he does, the security blindsides him and knocks him to the ground. Later, Juarez admitted to TMZ that the hit had wounded him and left him in excruciating pain. Juarez had to be brought to the hospital, but Saavedra said that he only had a bad bruise and is now well.
In response to the prohibition, Saavedra adds, “Yes, one year.” Well, you know, he’ll survive, right? Juarez claimed that he had originally intended to pop the question in the stadium’s actual stands, but his original plan was altered when he realised how near he was to the venue.
Saavedra continued that he always tries to do things with a lot of love. After the proposal on Thursday, the couple, who have been dating for three years, announced that they would now like to get married in August of this year.
