Who is Claudia Hubner?
Claudia Hubner is a renowned German lobbyist, former prosecutor, politician, and professor. She has been in the news because her husband Wolfgang Porsche is reportedly divorcing her due to her poor health.
She was born on August 6, 1948, in Balingen. After completing her schooling, she attended the University of Munich and the University of Tübingen, where she studied law.
Claudia Hubner married twice. With her first marriage, she had one child. She later married Wolfgang Porsche, a renowned businessman. Now, her husband has filed for divorce as she is suffering from dementia.
She is currently 74 years old.
Her career
After passing her state bar exams in 1972 and 1974, Claudia Porsche worked as a judge and public prosecutor before beginning her position as a professor of civil and criminal law at the University of Public Administration and Finance in Ludwigsburg.
Along with being a teacher, she has served in a number of advisory and leadership capacities at institutions, including the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy and Pop Academy.
Since the 1980s, Claudia Hubner has also been politically active, sitting as a member of the Baden-Württemberg state parliament and the Stuttgart city council. She was appointed as the State Councilor for Demographic Change and Senior Citizens in the State Ministry of Baden-Württemberg in 2006. However, in 2010, she announced her resignation, citing the election of a new administration.
