Jake Paul claims to have taken ayahuasca with Aaron Rodgers in Peru and has plans to participate in the darkness retreat
Rodgers went on darkness retreat this year to think about the future.
Jake Paul’s fight with Tommy Fury, which he dropped via split decision, took place four weeks ago. Since then, he has allegedly been “just relaxing and reflecting on life.” Before to the fight, Paul told Fox News Digital that he had the “worst training camp.”
A wet dream in the middle of the night before the fight, he claimed, took “10%” off his performance in the ring. He also claimed that getting sick twice and travelling abroad was taxing on him. Since then, he has been “taking things slow,” spending time with friends and family before grabbing his CELSIUS energy drinks, for which he has lately become a spokesperson.

Paul recently stated, “I believe it’s always powerful to just take some time and watch how everything unfolds, what the next steps are in terms of my boxing career in all that,” in an interview with Fox News Digital. Don’t you think that reminds you of Aaron Rodgers’ sentiments after the 2022 season? Paul, who famously went on a silent retreat to consider his future after winning the NFL MVP four times, is genuinely planning to do that.
Paul said, “It’s ironic because I had planned to go to the darkness retreat later this year.” Rodgers has been outspoken about utilising the hallucinogenic ayahuasca, which gives the scenario additional context. As it turned out, Paul joined him on one of their outings.
Paul said to Fox News Digital, “Really, Aaron and I did the ayahuasca together. Although I was there when we accomplished it, his public speaking about it has helped him gain more recognition. We spent a week there at work. When it comes to spirituality, reflection, and going inside one’s mind, we undoubtedly share certain traits.”
Rodgers came out of hiding when he decided to sign with the New York Jets; the official deal has not yet been completed. Paul, who is also a promoter for the Professional Fighters League, is forced to make decisions that will affect both his short- and long-term futures.
