The Saints made the former Raiders player a more alluring offer than the Jets, Panthers, and two other teams that were also interested in signing him as an unrestricted free agent.
According to NFL insiders Ian Rapoport and Mike Garafolo, Derek Carr has agreed to a four-year, $150 million deal with the New Orleans Saints, which includes a $100 million total guarantee.
Derek Carr will receive a $60 million signing bonus in addition to a yearly salary of $37.5 million under this contract. His net worth stands at $80 million.
