Finally, Hera Pheri 3 is happening. One of the most loved Hera Pheri franchises which started off in early 2000 with the title Hera Pheri is soon coming back. The star cast of Hera Pheri has started shooting for the third installment of the film in Mumbai.
The first part of the franchise was a big success and the sequel was released in 2006 and then recreated the same magic. Now, fans are eagerly waiting for its 3rd installment which is being called โHera Pheri 3.โ

The third part of the movie is currently in the production stage in Mumbai, with its original trio of Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty. The cast and crew have had numerous discussions since the script over the past months, but they are now certain that Hera Pheri 3 will live up to the excitement and the expectations of the fans.

Earlier, this movie made headlines in December of 2022 after Akshay Kumar was announced not to be a part of the upcoming sequel. Also, there were reports that Akshay Kumar had been replaced by Kartik Aryan to revive the franchise along with co-actors Suniel Shetty and Paresh Rawal.
Although the makers of the film Hera Pheri have not yet released much information about the film’s development, we will be able to enjoy Akshay Kumar, Suniel Shetty, and Paresh Rawal reprising in lead roles from prequels as Raju, Shyam, and Babu Bhaiya with the three back together for the movie.
Akshay Kumar, Paresh Rawal, and Suniel Shetty will be in the cast of Hera Pheri 3 but the full cast list of Hera Pheri 3 is not out yet. Some sources say, Kartik Aryan, Nana Patekar, Abhishek Bachchan, and John Abraham are a part of the cast but, there has been no confirmation from the production of Hera Pheri 3.

Hera Pheri will be produced by Anand Pandit and Firoz Nadiadwala. The team of film is also stated to be in talks with two directors, one of whom is Raaj Shandilya of โDream Girlโ fame. But the name of the director is yet to be announced.
Neither Anees Bazmee nor Raaj Shaandilyaa but Hera Pheri 3 will be helmed by Housefull 4 director Farhad Samji. While the director’s name is not known, the first and second films, Priyadarshan directorials, were written by the late Neeraj Vora who died in 2017.

It will be too early to speculate about the release date as the production is still going on. Although Hera Pheri 3 is still in the pre-production stage, the celebrity cast and the filming schedule are kept a secret. The shooting of the movie has meanwhile begun with the famed trio of Shetty, Akshay and Paresh.
