Kevin Owens Hints At Joining AEW As His WWE Contract Approaches An End
While this development does not mean that KO will surely leave the company, his social media activity says otherwise.
Before Fightful Select revealed the news about Owens’ contract expiring sooner than expected, the former NXT Champion tweeted and deleted the coordinates to Mt. Rushmore on his Twitter account. Apparently, this was not a location but the name of a stable which featured himself, Young Bucks and Adam Cole during his stint at Pro Wrestling Guerrilla.
Kevin Owens tweeted and deleted these coordinates, these are the same as Mount Rushmore.

And if that isn’t enough, Owens has also updated the location on his Twitter profile to “Almost there,” while The Young Bucks have updated their location to “There.” Looks like they’re teasing Owens’ road to All Elite Wrestling. And considering the recent influx of talent into AEW, it won’t be surprising if KO had been planning to join the likes of Daniel Bryan, Adam Cole and CM Punk for a long time.
Not @ Young Bucks changing their location to “There.” after Kevin Owens changed his to “Almost there”. 👀
