The movie will debut on Disney+ Hotstar. It will be available for streaming on February 23, 2023.
On January 12, Veera Simha Reddy, which cost roughly Rs 100 crore, debuted in cinemas a day before Waltair Veerayya, starring Chiranjeevi. The movie made a total of Rs 97.41 crore at the domestic box office and Rs 128.97 crore internationally in terms of net receipts. The overall foreign box office receipts for the film were Rs 15 crore.

The main character of the film, Bala Simha Reddy, moves to India after the murder of his father, Veera Simha Reddy, due to neighbourhood politics. How Bala Simha Reddy exacts revenge for the death of his father is the main focus of the film. Pulicherla Veera Simha Reddy and Jai Simha Reddy are played by Nandamuri Balakrishna in a dual role.

Verra Simha Reddy, which is directed by Gopichand Malineni, stars top-tier actors in addition to Kannada actors.
