Her full name is Susan Diane Wojcicki. She was in Santa Clara County, California, on July 5, 1968. She holds both American as well as Polish citizenship.
Her mother’s name is Esther Wojcicki who is a well-known American journalist, and her father’s name is Stanley Wojcicki who is a Polish physics professor at Stanford University. She has two sisters named Janet who is a doctor of anthropology and epidemiology, and Anne who is the co-founder and CEO of 23andMe.
Susan Wojcicki did her schooling at Gunn High School in Palo Alto, California. Subsequently, she attended Harvard University to study history and literature, eventually earning a degree with honors in 1990. Afterward, she earned an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management in 1998 and an MA in economics from the University of California, Santa Cruz, both in 1993.
On August 23, 1998, she married Dennis Troper, the director of product management at Google, in Belmont, California. They have five kids.
