Taylor Schabusinesses, who is 25 years old, allegedly assaulted her own lawyer during a competency hearing on the 14th of February in connection with the murder and beheading of her partner. The horrific assault in the courtroom was captured on camera by the court’s surveillance system.

Born in 1998, Taylor Schabusinesses is accused of murdering and also decapitating her boyfriend who was named Shad Thyrion. Both Shad and Taylor were under the influence of methamphetamine when the incident took place.

Taylor Schabusiness was upset when Judge Thomas J. Walsh suggested shifting her murder trial’s original date of March 6th to May 15th, 2023, as per reports. First-degree homicide, mutilating a corpse, and assault are the allegations that were levied against the suspect Taylor Schabusinesses.
She was further charged with strangling Thyrion at Green Bay home, then torturing and dismembering the body,’ as per Wisconsin authorities. Around the crime scene, her boyfriend Shad’s severed body parts, including his head, were discovered.
The Wisconsin court ordered a competence trial for evaluating if Schabusiness had the mental capacity to deal with allegations because of the incident’s grisly and upsetting nature.
As per media reports, Taylor Schabusiness allegedly inquired approximately 10 minutes after the incident took place on Tuesday, suggesting that she might not have remembered the assault. She apparently showed no remorse when the authorities stated that she had assaulted her lawyer by badly hitting him in the head. The final verdict against Taylor Schabusinesses is yet to be announced.
