“It’s true that if your actions inspire others to dream more, learn more, do more & become more, you are a true leader,” Dr. Pramod Rajput said as we asked him to touch upon why it was so critical to be a true leader.
“I have always followed that, leadership is an art of motivating person toward achieving a common goal.
“As a leader I always ensure to have humanity, humility, compassion, resilience and empathy to deal with my team at the same time keep communicating as required with good listening habits to solve their problem while aligning with my team for a fruitful decision,” he continued as he stressed upon the qualities he’s ensured to have instilled in himself while leading a team.
“I respect and love my team with no biasness which helps in building trust to make my team self –motivated with discipline and determination to succeed while believing that the task must be completed with pleasure, not pressure. That’s why my each member is a pillar not a puller so I preach across as I keep practicing it,” Pramod added with him providing insights into why a captain or team leader needed to carry his team as a unit.
