Maison DesChamps, also known as Pro-life Spiderman on social media, was taken into custody after climbing the outer south side of the former Chase Tower in downtown Phoenix, Arizona, know his age

The tower formerly housed the Chase Bank. The individual who is opposed to abortion claimed that he was engaging in the action in order to garner financial support.

On Tuesday morning at approximately 9:45 a.m., rescue workers were dispatched to the location shortly after receiving information that a guy was attempting to scale the tower. Teams trained in technical rescue operations were stationed not just on the building’s roof but also all around the ground floor.

The footage of DesChamps scaling the tower quickly became one of the most popular videos ever uploaded on the internet. As he made his way to the top of the climb, which took him around one hour, he scaled a ventilation shaft that was three feet wide and was located outside.

At the top, law enforcement officers were waiting for him, and as soon as they saw him, they took him into jail. Captain Todd Keller of the Phoenix Fire Department issued a resounding condemnation of the prank.

Who is Maison DesChamps?

Des Champs was born in Hartland, Michigan, and currently studies finance at the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. He spent his childhood there. According to what he wrote on his website, he started climbing “instantly fell in love” with the sport when he was 16 years old and travelled to California.

DesChamps, who is only 22 years old, live-streamed portions of the climb to his Instagram page. DesChamps has engaged in unauthorised climbing of structures in the past, so this is not his first time doing so.

By performing similar antics in several cities across the country, he has established a brand for himself. While participating in a protest against COVID regulations in Las Vegas, he was taken into custody while climbing the Aria Hotel. This action was roundly criticised by a lot of people at the time.

In addition to this, he was taken into custody in the year 2022 when he staged a demonstration against abortion by climbing to the top of the Salesforce Tower in San Francisco, which is around 1,070 feet tall.
