The veteran Danish midfielder suffered a terrible ankle injury while playing against Reading and sources state that he could be sideline until May.
United’s quick-fire move
Despite having limited time, Manchester United managed to work things out and sign Sabitzer as a replacement for Eriksen. The 28-year-old Austrian midfielder signed a season-long loan deal with United from Bayern Munich. According to journalist Fabrizio Romano, United do not have any option to buy the 28-year-old when the loan ends.
