Ty Wells’ death news was confirmed by Arizona Athletics. Ty Wells was a young man who proudly represented Arizona University in the pool, classroom, and community. He also was the 2021 to 2022 CSCAA Scholar All-American.

He had mastered breaststrokes and swam team one of the most rapid by covering 50 yards at Pac-12 Championships (24.63) as being a senior last spring. He had also finished 12th in 100 yards breast at 53.08 seconds. Wells was having more than 1300 Instagram followers but his account is private. It goes by the name ty_wells23.
Earlier this week, the death of the Arizona swimmer death was confirmed with no cause of sudden demise given and his family is yet to give any statement regarding the death of the 23 year old as the investigation surrounding his death continues.
As soon as the death of the 23 year old was announced publicly, speculations were quickly made that his demise was because of the covid-19 vaccine but the University of Arizona has publicly stated that they never mandated the Covid-19 vaccine as it remains unknown whether Ty Wells received the vaccine.

Ty Wells education, family, and professional career
Ty Wells was well known for being a swimming standout performer. Ty Wells was part of the final competition held in the 2022 US Open Championships. Further, he joined Ripon High School, where he set school records in 100 fly, 100 breasts, 50 free, 200 and 400 free relays, and also in the 200 medley relays.
Ty Wells won a bronze medal at CIF Sections in the 100 fly and 100 breasts. He was 6 feet 2 inches tall and his weight was 80 kg as of 2023 he finished his bachelor’s degree in the subject of Health Sciences and Physiology in May of 2022. After that Ty worked in the department of physical therapy and sports medicine.
Ty Wells was born to his father Joseph who is a well-known businessman while his mother’s name is Sandra and she is a housewife. He has a sister whose name is Jessica. His sister Jessica is also a swimmer but not much is known about her.
