Three former student-athletes from Cameron High School were killed in a severe vehicle accident on US 190 near Milano, Texas, after a Texas Police Chase for a short distance

Phabian Bynaum, the youngest of the three, was behind the wheel of the vehicle, as stated by Milam County Sheriff Mike Clore and FOX 7 Austin. Bynaum was going more than 20 miles per hour over the official speed limit on US 190 between Cameron and Milano. Clore said that after one of his deputies failed to stop the automobile, a chase followed.
Bynaum allegedly lost control of the vehicle while he was trying to pass other vehicles, as stated in a press statement issued by the Texas Department of Public Safety. The car rolled over and started a fire in the middle of a field after it had collided with a tree and a fence earlier.

In high-speed police chase incidents, it is common to find that approximately two-thirds of the victims are innocent third persons who had nothing to do with the chase.
