On Saturday, WTT Contender Doha saw Fan Siqi win her second women’s singles title in as many weeks after she managed comeback victory over Rui Zhang in a rematch of last year’s final.

Men’s and Women’s singles final & Men’s and Women’s doubles final results WTT Contender Doha 2023
In a rematch of last year’s women’s singles final, Chinese star Fan Siqi emerged victorious against Rui Zhang by score of 4-3 to win her second consecutive WTT Contender Doha title. Meanwhile, Brazilian ace Hugo Calderano lifted his second title in as many weeks after beating Jang Woojin resoundingly by score-line of 4-1 in his favor.
At the women’s doubles final, Zhang Rui & Kuai Man emerged victorious following their stellar display against third-seed Shin Yubin & Jeon Jihee to win their second title of January. Elsewhere in the men’s doubles final, unseeded pair YU Ziyang & ZHOU Kai continued their fairytale to stun the third-seeded duo of AN Jaehyun & CHO Seungmin. Lin Shidong & Kuai Man of China won the mixed doubles title earlier on Friday by defeating Lim Jonghoon & Shin Yubin of China by scores of 11-4, 11-7, & 11-7.

WTT Contender Doha 2023 format & list of champions
WTT Contender Doha culminated on Saturday with many winners from Durban replicating their feat including men’s singles champion Hugo Calderano and women’s singles winner Fan Siqi. Meanwhile, Kuai Man was the big winner at Doha after she managed to win two gold medals including women’s doubles & mixed doubles category.
The exact prize distribution method hasn’t been revealed but it is anticipated that the total prize money was $75,000.
