Jay Briscoe, an American professional wrestler, tragically passed away, leaving his wife and four small children
The 38-year-old, whose real name is Jamin Pugh, is best known for his tenure with Ring of Honor, where he and his brother Mark were a member of the ROH World Tag Team Champions.

Jamin Pugh unfortunately died, ROH owner Tony Khan announced on Twitter. He was a star in ROH for more than 20 years, from the inaugural show to the present, and is known to fans as Jay Briscoe.
According to a report, there was a fatal car crash in Delaware on Tuesday that left two dead. Forbes believes he died in a car accident. The two-time ROH World Champion was not identified in the report, although the event happened in Laurel at 5:30 p.m.

Jay Briscoe Leaves Wife Back Behind
The wrestler rarely shared information about his family on social media and kept his personal life private. In early 2022, he did post a picture of his wife, Ashley Pugh and kids. While Ashley’s age isn’t known, she is believed to to be between 30-38 years.
Briscoe’s wife, Ashley Pugh, shared a heartbreaking update about her family on Facebook and asked for prayers as daughter Gracie, enters surgery on her back. Their other daughter, Jayleigh, also sustained some “pretty serious” injuries, but she is currently stable.
Easter was a time when Jay posed with his huge family, which included his wife, who is shown next to him on the left, and his three children at the time—two daughters and a son. His brother and wrestling partner Mark, along with his wife and six kids, may be seen on the right side of the picture. Jay resided in Sandy Fork, Delaware, with his family.
Jay “loved his wife & kids more than anything,” fellow wrestler Matt Harvey said after his passing, adding, “We shared that relationship.”
Wrestler Welcomed A Kid In 2022
According to images on the athlete’s Twitter profile, he had a son named Murphy in June. He was, however, born too soon. “Folks, we have a baby! Murphy “Big Murph” Pugh was born a month and a half early, but he is improving daily. Thank you for your prayers and good vibes.”
Jay had also posted dancing videos on TikTok throughout the pandemic during which he was joined by his three kids.
