Russell Gage, a wide receiver for the Tampa Bay Buccaneers, was hurt during his team’s playoff game against the Dallas Cowboys on Monday night and later had a concussion.
He was attempting to catch an incomplete pass from Tom Brady at the conclusion of the fourth quarter of the game when Cowboys safety Donovan Wilson made contact with him. When Wilson leaned in for a tackle, Gage stumbled and fell on his back at the same time.
His helmet was hit awkwardly by Wilson, breaking both his neck and jaw as a result. A video of the tense on-field incident was posted to Twitter and quickly became popular online. Since then, Russell Gage has become the talk of the town with many people trying to find out more about him.

He was born on January 22, 1996, in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, U.S. His father’s name is Russell Gage Sr. and his mother’s name is Alisa Gage
