Watch Gerard Pique turns up to the King’s League in Twingo and wears a Casio watch after Shakira diss song, video goes viral

After the couple’s 11-year romance ended last year, Pique appears to have made fun of Shakira’s most recent song with a video of Gerard in a Twingo wearing a Casio viral

Watch pique mocking Shakira’s reference during the Kings League.

Gerard Pique, a former defender for Barcelona, seemed to have responded appropriately to Shakira’s music video, Music Sessions Vol. 53, in which she seemed to make multiple allusions to their romance and even quietly alluded to Clara Chá Marta, his present girlfriend. Pique “sold a Ferrari for a Twingo” and “a Rolex for a Casio,” according to Shakira’s song’s lyrics.

However, Shakira’s video appears to have inspired an appropriate response from Gerard Pique as Gerard Piqué arrives at Kings League in a Twingo, wearing a Casio watch and making fun of Shakira’s revenge song. Piqué made an appearance in the Kings League live video on Friday afternoon.

On Friday, Piqué could be seen wearing a Casio watch on his right wrist in the live video of the Kings League, the athletic event he co-founded with content developer Ibai Llanos. He also gave one to each of the presidents of the other teams competing in the event. The central defender for the former Blaugrana confirmed a sponsorship deal with the Japanese conglomerate for the Kings League. Piqué declared, “This watch is for life. As a result of an agreement with the Kings League, Casio has provided us with watches. I’m not kidding.”

He showed up at the Kings League on Sunday with a Twingo and Sergio Agüero serving as his league’s clown. Additionally, he disclosed a peculiar strategy he was developing with the Renault maker for their Kings League matchup. “I’ve reached a deal with Renault, and on Sunday, January 15, I’ll be driving a Twingo with the clown sitting next to me.”
