For those who are unfamiliar with Kenneth E. Brooks, let us tell you, the suspect in the case was born in 1981 and is a resident of Gloversville, which is a city in Upstate New York.
The city is located in the Mohawk Valley, which is the most popular city of Fulton County.
As per the arrest warrant issued by cops, 41 year old Brooks faces charges like first-degree assault alongside first-degree reckless endangerment and second degree criminal possession of a weapon.
For those who are curious about the incident, let us tell you, as per police officers, the tragic event took place around 6:00 A.M. on Thursday, Jan 5, net the Country Farms on Southaik Street.
The investigators were dispatched to the scene after they received a report of a 2-car crash with injuries. The cops arrived at the scene only to find a Southbound vehicle which had driven into the northbound lane and had collided with another northbound vehicle head-on.
However, soon enough the investigators discovered that the southbound vehicle which had gone into the northbound had been shot near the intersection of North main and grand streets.
As per cops, after investigating they find out the accused behind the shooting at the vehicle crash. The accused and the vehicle used by him was photographed by the cops.
As per the officials, the car which is used by Brooks is described as 2008 BMW X5 with the New York license plate KPJ 9903.
Let us remind you, Gloversville was once a major centre for the glove-making industry of the US. Ever since the Great Depression, the city has been struggling with a declining population, poverty, drugs and violent crime.
