Youtuber-turned-boxer Jake Paul is known to be outspoken on the issue of fighter pay, around which the debate never stops when it comes to mixed martial arts. Paul has a solid 3-0 young career in boxing, having defeated AnEsonGib, Nate Robinson and Ben Askren. He will be up against Tyron Woodley next, on 29 August. Jake Paul Takes Another Shot At Dana White On The Issue Of UFC Fighter Pay
Jake Paul has teamed up with Showtime Sports Executive Stephen Espinoza to co-promote the event of his fight with Tyron Woodley. Ahead of the event, Espinoza talked about Paul’s stance, saying how his comments were ‘more than just simple shots’ at White. Following this Paul explained the purpose behind them being a team.
“I partnered with @stephenespinoza bc he created the biggest PPVs in history & made sure fighters got majority of the revenue..not 10% like UFC does,” said The Problem Child and went on to claim that The Notorious One Conor McGregor was, in fact, the most underpaid fighter in history, considering the value he has brought to UFA, MMA and ESPN.

The YouTuber’s take was obviously hard to accept for some, given the figures McGregor makes through his fights. However, many people defended him by pointing out the number of fighters who live in difficult situations due to the amount of pay they receive.
More On Jake Paul’s Feud With Dana White
The feud between Dana White and Jake Paul began when the UFC boss disputed the Youtuber’s Pay-Per-View numbers in his fight against Ben Askren. Paul then, went on the offensive and attacked White for not paying his fighters “their fair share.” Later in June, The Problem Child contributed $5,000 to UFC rookie Sarah Alpar and accused White of bullying his way into controlling thousands of fighters’ careers.
On another note, Jake has also revealed that he’s been in talks with the team of Conor McGregor for a future fight. Moreover, he looks pretty serious about taking on the huge name and many are eager to see whether this dream fight actually does go ahead.
