After an altercation with environmental activist Greta Thunberg, Tate, his brother, and two local women were detained late last week in Romania on charges of rape, human trafficking, and organised crime.

After being arrested, influencer Andrew Tate is accused by a former Playboy model. Trying to attract her to his estate in Romania. Carla Howe, 32, got “controlling and aggressive” messages from Tate, a former Big Brother contestant. Tate’s ex-girlfriend and a current one were reportedly both Romanian ladies.

Howe has confided in her friends that she thinks she got away with “a lucky escape.”
Six women have been reported missing from Tate’s mansion outside of Bucharest, where the suspects are said to have held them as sex slaves. They weren’t permitted to leave the house and were supposedly compelled to make pornos.
Howe thinks Andrew Tate meant the same thing for her and used the same recruitment strategies. “He wanted me to go to Romania and I was tempted. It makes me think now how it could have gone terribly. I’d probably have ended up not leaving the house ever,” Howe said.

According to the ex-Playboy model, their online correspondence started in February of this year. Howe received an onslaught of effusive compliments and passionate love letters.
Transylvanian letters were “controlling and aggressive,” she claimed friends, and Andrew Tate even tried to prevent her from taking a vacation with a lover in Spain. Also Howe claims Tate told her to “obey him” and that she felt obligated to do so.
Then, an invitation to travel to Romania materialised. Tate, 35, was told by her that she would not be making the trip because she was not interested in meeting someone she had never seen before in “another nation.”
Andrew’s offer mesmerised her
At some point in August, she decided she wanted to go on the trip after all and invited a buddy along. Andrew Tate had already been banned from Instagram by this point, so communication had ceased. Fortunately, “I had a lucky escape. I thought I would give him a chance and was tempted to have a relationship with him,” she reportedly told friends.
She elaborated, “Things could have turned out very differently if I had gone — I hate to think.”
A phone call that got Andrew Tate in trouble
After receiving word from the American embassy in Bucharest that an American woman was being kept against her will, Romanian investigators claim they began looking into Tate’s case.
Unknown victim, age 22, got her hands on a phone and placed a call to her American lover, who then contacted the embassy. Also a witness quoted her companion said, “You better not cheat on me.’ He told her she could not talk to men or go to a party. And told her she had to stay in her hotel.”
Now he’s waiting to face charges related to his webcam empire. While being incarcerated in what’s being called a “hellhole” prison in Romania. Tate, along with his brother Tristan, has denied the allegations made against them.
