As per NBC, Romanian law enforcement stated that Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan got arrested by cops along with 2 other Romanian citizens who were recruited women by “misrepresenting their intention” to have a romantic relationship, then they shifted and housed them in Romania.

Not long ago, a clip went viral on the internet which was viewed hundreds and thousands of times on Twitter that shows Andrew in April 2022 after he was taken in the custody and released 2 days later. One of the false tweets stated, “Andrew Tate got Released Matrix attack Failed.”
Moreover, another resurfaced clip having millions of views showed a segment of Tate’s interview with Tucker Carlson which falsely stated that Tate has been released from prison. The tweet falsely stated, “ANDREW TATE and his Brother have been released. NO CHARGES.”
A lawyer who’s representing Andrew has told NBC, that as of publication, the judge had remanded both brothers for 30 days, which means that the two of them would either stay in custody for a total of 30 days or will be offered bail with the two still in prison as of now.
The lawyer also told a media outlet that his clients contested the decision and they maintained innocence. In the early hours of Saturday, Tate’s Twitter continued posting. A tweet shared on his account says, “The Matrix will only tell you what Matrix needs you to believe.”
