Manoj Bajpayee starrer spy-thriller series The Family Man, is soon going to hit our screens once again with its another installment, know the release date of season 3
For those who are unversed, let us tell you, the makers of the Amazon original series have announced that the spy thriller series will once again be back with its third installment.
The debut season of Amazon’s original series, The Family Man, premiered on September 20, 2019. On the other hand, the second season of the series starring Samantha Ruth Prabhu marked its debut on June 4, 2021.

Both seasons of the thriller series have received acclaim from critics as well as audiences, who praised the performance of cast members, writing and execution.
The show has bagged 11 Filmfare OTT Awards along with 5 Asian Academy Creative Awards and 2 Awards at the Indian Film Festival of Melbourne.
Now, the franchise is all geared up for the third season, which is under development.
About The Series
For those who are curious more about the series, let us tell you, the Family Man is an edgy action drama series which revolves around Srikant Tiwari, who’s a middle-class man and works for a special cell called TASC.
Tiwari attempts his all to protect his family from the impact of his secretive and high pressure yet low income job.
At the end of Season 2, the makers of the series gave us the hint regarding the storyline of Season 3 which indicated a link between Covid-19 pandemic to China and the North-eastern states of India.

Manoj Bajpayee reprising the role of Srikant Tiwari,
Sharib Hashmi in the role of Jayavant Kashinath Talpade,
Priyamani in the role of Srikant’s wife Suchitra Tiwari,
Ashlesha Thakur in the role of Srikant’s daughter Dhriti Tiwari,
Vedant Sinha in the role of Srikant’s son Atharv Tiwari,
Sharad Kelkar in the role of Suchi’s friend cum colleague Arvind.
The forthcoming season of the series will also introduce some new faces however as of now their names haven’t been revealed.
The storyline of the show has been written, created by the ace filmmaker duo Raj Nidimoru and Krishna D.K. The popular duo has also produced the series under the banners of D2R Film.
Previously, the two have collaborated for 2 more web series for Amazon Prime Video.
Season 3 Release Date
As per reports, the makers of the series will commence shooting in the early 2023 and we can expect the series to be released in the second half which is July-December of 2023.
Earlier in April, 2022, Amazon Prime Video India took to their official Twitter handle to announce the renewal of the series for a third installment.

In their statement, the brand expressed that “#TheFamilyManOnPrime S3: call chellam sir he will tell you that this is absolutely true,” as they dropped the title poster of Season 3.
