When is the draw?
The 2023 draw will take place on January 12 (local time), according to Australian Open officials, but there is no exact timing yet.
A day later, event director Craig Tiley and tournament referee Wayne McKewen performed the 2022 draw. Tiley will probably be involved in the 2023 draw once more, and it will take place at Melbourne Park, where the Australian Open is held.
How does the draw work?
The Australian Open draw operates in the same manner as all other Grand Slam competitions.
The two top-ranked opponents are positioned at opposite ends of the bracket, far enough apart to prevent them from meeting until the final, and the other unseeded players are distributed randomly throughout.
Australian Open 2023 Live Stream: When and Where to watch?
The Australian Open’s official YouTube account will broadcast the 2023 Australian Open draw live and without charge. Local broadcasters will also stream the live matches but there is no information revealed yet.
