Football referee César Arturo Ramos Palazuelos was born in Mexico City on December 5, 1983 and is 38 years old.

Since 2014, he has represented FIFA as a full international. In addition to the 2022 FIFA World Cup, he also officiated games in the CONCACAF Champions League, the 2019 AFC Asian Cup, and the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
