On May 1, 2022, the body of Hudson Lindow, a student at the U of I, was found in Paradise Creek. Yes, you read that right. A student from the University of Illinois died earlier THIS YEAR.
The night before April 30, 2022, Delta Tau Delta held its 90th Annual Ball. All four of Xana, Maddie, Jake, and JS were there. The next morning, Hudson’s body was found in the creek outside Greek row. It was decided that Hudson drowned by accident.”

Dylan Mortensen and Bethany Funke, who lived with them, reportedly saw the executions but got away without getting hurt. They woke up hours later to call 911 after supposedly finding the bodies. Mortensen and Funke are not suspects, according to Idaho police.
Even though the police still don’t know if the attacker was going after the students or their apartment, they voiced their worries about the situation again on December 1. Even though no suspects have been found and no murder weapon has been found, the public has been asked to tell what they know.
