On July 21, 2020, he made his first-team debut for Benfica when he replaced Pizzi in the 85th minute of a 4-0 away win over Desportivo das Aves in the Primeira Liga. He scored twice in 8 minutes.
During that season, Ramos played in the 2019-20 UEFA Youth League. He was a key part of Benfica’s run to the final, where they lost to Real Madrid. On August 2, Ramos scored his first hat-trick in a home win over Midtjylland in the first leg of the third qualifying round for the 2022–23 UEFA Champions League.
In a partnership with newly signed teammate David Neres, he scored two more goals and set up two more, including a goal and an assist in the win over Dynamo Kiev in the second leg of the UEFA Champions League play-off round for 2022–23, which helped his team qualify for the tournament.
