According to the court records, the events occurred when Pierson was a poor single mother who lived in New Jersey.

Cheri Pierson

Cheri Pierson is a single mother who currently lives in Virginia. Pierson recently filed a lawsuit against billionaire businessman Leon Black for alleged violent rape. The single mother used to live in New Jersey when the incident took place, working a low paying job as a receptionist. In the lawsuit that Pierson filed, she is seeking compensation for various charges and damages.

Epstein And His Massages

Pierson first got to know Leon Black through Jeffrey Epstein, who in turn was introduced by British socialite Ghislaine Maxwell. According to the lawsuit, Pierson was working a low paying job as a receptionist in Midtown Manhattan. She was at a difficult time financially, when a “woman of Ukrainian descent” instructed her that she “needed to meet this rich man”.

The report also states how a woman named Maxwell kept calling Pierson, and advised her to meet Epstein. The woman suggested that Epstein could help Pierson with her financial problems. Pierson gave in and met with Epstein who offered her $300 in exchange for a 20-minute massage wearing a bikini.

Pierson admitted to accepting the offer at least four times where Epstein performed lewd acts whenever a massage took place. According to the lawsuit:

Disgustingly, Epstein masturbated and wanted her to perform oral sex on him as part of the massage, but each time she refused. Epstein was not happy and said she needed to do more.

The Alleged Violent Rape By Leon Black

Over time, Epstein invited Pierson to his NYC home located in the Upper East Side in 2002. He informed her that one of his ‘pals’ could help her without revealing who it was. Pierson accepted and on reaching the place met Leon Black, a billionaire businessman.

Assuming that Black would follow the same agreements as Epstein, she accepted the offer. However, Pierson was in for a shock as according to the report, Black “insisted that he wanted to orally copulate Ms. Pierson and urged her to get on the massage table.”

The lawsuit report’s statement read:

As she stood there panicked, not knowing what to do, Black used his massive body (6’4″ and 300lbs) and his superior strength to overwhelm, take by surprise and force Ms. Pierson into a position where she was rendered physically helpless.

Pierson recalled hearing vulgar and disgusting comments from Black while fearing for her own life and possibly losing consciousness.

The lawsuit further claimed that Pierson made several attempts to free herself and Mr. Black, knew for sure that she did not consent to any of the violent acts. It further claims that the billionaire even bit her during the alleged rape.

Pierson shared that the bite resulted in a “vagina [that] was grossly swollen, torn, and bleeding.” Since the single mom did not have health insurance back then, she reportedly used ice, took baths, and used over-the-counter medications to ease the pain and prevent infections. She reportedly had problems with urinating for several weeks.

Following the shocking claims, Cheri Pierson, who currently resides in Virginia, has filed a lawsuit against Black for sexual assault and other offenses. The single mother has also accused Epstein’s estate of carelessness and is seeking unstipulated damages.

Adult Survivors Act

Cheri Pierson filed the lawsuit thanks to the recently passed Adult Survivors Act. This new acts allows adult sexual assault victims to file a case within a year of the alleged crimes, regardless of other aspects.

He further added how they look forward to seeing Black and Epstein’s estate held responsible for their alleged crimes.
