Malaysian actress Michelle Yeoh Choo Kheng is from Hong Kong. She was born on August 6, 1962, to a local ethnic Malaysian Chinese family with her height at 5 feet 4 inches. They spoke Hokkien and Cantonese in Ipoh, Perak.
The Malaysian Chinese Association politician and lawyer Janet Yeoh and her father Yeoh Kian-Teik, who passed away on November 5, 2014, were also responsible for Sri Maju’s express bus service.
Her first husband was Dickson Tan, a Malaysian businessman and the couple have one son, Tan Sri Dickson Yeoh. Yeoh’s second husband is Jean Todt, a French racing driver and former Ferrari boss and the couple have one daughter, Michele Yeoh Todt. Her current net worth is at $40 million.

Yeoh was the 1983 Miss Malaysia World winner. She competed on behalf of Malaysia in the Miss World competition in London in 1983. Later that year, she travelled to Australia, where she took first place in the Miss International Tourism Quest pageant. From there, she appeared in a television commercial with Jackie Chan that caught the attention of D&B Films, a new Hong Kong production company.
She additionally starred in a number of films, including Police Story 3: Super Cop, The Heroic Trio, Chi Master, and Wing Chun. A Haunting in Venice, the sequel to Kenneth Branagh’s Murder on the Orient Express, which hit theatres on September 15, also stars Yeoh. After Yeoh wrapped up filming for Everything Everywhere All At Once, she began working on this project. Her most recent projects also include the Netflix series The Witcher: Blood Origin, the American Born Chinese television series on Disney+, and The Brothers Sun series.
Yeoh has previously been nominated for the Independent Spirit Awards’ Best Lead Performance, which honours artists of all sexes.
