LOONA put out a statement on Monday declaring the decision. “We are releasing a statement for notifying the fans that we have decided that our agency artist Chuu will be expelled and withdrawn as a member of LOONA as of 25th of November, 2022,” Blockberry Creative stated in a statement.

Chuu’s Family And Education
Chuu, whose real name is Kim Ji-Woo is a South Korean singer and also a TV personality. She was born on the 20th of October in 1999 in Chungcheong which is based in South Korea. She is one of the eldest in three children, Chuu has 2 younger brothers. Chuu completed his studies at Cheongju’s Saet-byul Elementary school and subsequently at San-nam Middle School. Presently she is 23 years of age. Chuu is 5ft 2in tall and her weight is 46 kg. She is a follower of Christianity but her parents’ names are unknown.
Chuu Professional Career
Chuu became the 10th member of the Korean idol girl group Loona on the 14th of December in 2017. On the 28th of December in the same year, she released her self-titled single album “Heart Attack” as its title track.
Chuu began her acting debut by starring in the web drama Dating Class and went on to host a variety of shows titled Insane Quiz Show. In March of 2020, Chuu competed in King of Mask Singer under the title ‘Spring Girl’ where she got dressed in an amazing spring outfit with flowers in her hair.
Chuu came under the scanner in the wake of a wave of bullying accusations against a number of stars of the K-pop industry. Chuu was considered as one of the people who were accused of school bullying in 2021. Moreover, her accuser apologized for the false claims, and Blockberry Creative stated they would take legal action against the accuser.
