The second season of KanColle episode 4 will now be available worldwide on December 15th. It was stated in the blog article announcing the postponement.
The anime KanColle: See You Again on Another Quiet Blue Sea will have it’s Season 2 Episode 4. This will be available for online viewing on Crunchyroll at the following local times:

It was reported that episode 04 of the anime "KanColle: Itsuka Ano Umi de" scheduled for Nov 24, will be delayed until Dec 15, 2022 for production reasons.
