In the now iconic photo, the legendary duo sits down together while playing chess on a Louis Vuitton case.
Much to the delight of fans, a recently posted behind-the-scenes footage of the photoshoot has been going viral.
The short video spans just a little over a minute features both the footballing stars arriving for their shoots individually. In the footage, the duo both talks about playing their fifth World Cup and the chances of winning the coveted trophy for their own respective countries.
Messiโs Biggest Triumph
In the video, Messi shares that it will be his fifth World Cup this year. He then added that the biggest triumph in his career has been the love that his country gives him. Messi stated that his most memorable victory was the acclamation that the Argentinian people gave him. he added โIt was a great victory for me.โ
The 35-year-old also talked about LV and how the World Cup is considered the biggest trophy in football. He shared how he thinks that it is spectacular to know that trophies travel in Louis Vuitton cases. He mentioned that the World Cup trophy is so important and deserves the best of the best. Messi explained that โit is the greatest award of all in footballโ.
Ronaldo And Portugal
Cristiano Ronaldo also talked about similar topics in the video explaining that it will also be his fifth World Cup. He believed that playing in the World Cup for the fifth time is itself a great achievement.
The Portuguese forward also expressed his joy on winning the Euro Cup for Portugal back in 2016. The football icon also praised Louis Vuitton and shared how all major sporting events use LV cases for their trophies, including the FIFA World Cup and exclaimed that it was โfantasticโ.
