Followed by India’s win against Zimbabwe and Pakistan’s win against Bangladesh in yesterday’s, Sunday, Nov 6th, game, now both teams are ready for Semi-finals.

For those who are unfamiliar, let us remind you, the ongoing T20 World Cup has left us with 4 teams to showcase their all to take the trophy home.

T20 World Cup 2022 Semi-Final Matches Umpires And Match Officials List

These teams will face off against each other in Semi-finals in order to grab a chance to win this year’s trophy.

As we mentioned earlier, India has won against Zimbabwe and Pakistan against Bangladesh, so these teams will now face New Zealand and England.

India is all set to face England in the second semi-final on November 10th, while Pakistan will face off New Zealand in the first semi-finals on November 9th. The two winning teams will face-off against each other in the finals.

Now, ICC has released a statement to announce the on-field umpires for Semi-finals. As per the statement by International Cricket Council, the first and second on-field umpires for Pakistan vs New Zealand game will be Marais Erasmus and Richard Illingworth.

While the third and fourth on-field umpires will be Richard Kettleborough and Michael Gough. According to the statement, Chris Broad will be seen as the referee.

On the other hand, the first and second on-field umpires for India vs England will be Kumar Dharmasena and Paul Reiffel.

And the third and fourth on-field umpires for the match will be Chris Gaffaney and Rod Tucker. The referee for the game will be David Boon.

As per the reports, the umpires for the finals game which is scheduled to take place on November 13th will be declared after the successful completion of semi-finals.

For those who are unversed, let us tell you, India won Sunday’s match against Zimbabwe by a margin of 71 runs. The semi-final match between India and England is now set to be held on November 10th at around 1:30 PM.

Meanwhile Pakistan won the match against Bangladesh by 5 wickets. The Pak vs New Zealand match is scheduled to take place on November 9 at around 1:30 PM.
