Enola Homes 3: Director Says “There Are Lots Of Things We Can Do”
Millions of spectators around the world are eagerly itching to see Millie Bobbie Brown return as the Holmes’ star investigator once more. It is because the film is debatably better than the first one, despite the somewhat unsatisfying conclusion.
Although Enola Holmes 3 has not yet been officially confirmed by Netflix, the cast and crew have already made it clear they plan to develop additional material for the massive streaming service.

As was already mentioned, neither Netflix nor the Enola Holmes producers have officially announced that a third film will be made, but the director and the main cast are optimistic that there will be more escapades to come.
According to director Harry Bradbeer, there has already been “plenty of conversation” about doing a third film. In reality, Bradbeer had expressed the desire to have the stamina to make up to five Enola Holmes movies back in 2020, before the first one debuted.
“That would be wonderful. Someone will be motivated to do it! It would be amazing to use this moment in five more motion pictures. They are, in my opinion, remarkable tales to tell, and what a time! Who knows what other difficulties will emerge from this incredibly busy period? Harry Bradbeer, as quoted by Decider.
The director also disclosed that the idea of a prequel film centred on Helena Bonham Carter’s portrayal of Enola’s mother Eudoria is also on the table.
Millie Bobbie Brown, who plays the lead, has also expressed interest in returning for a third Enola Holmes film. The famous actress told ScreenRant, “I would love to be a part of another one. I would want to see her take on more cases, experience pressure, find herself in absurd situations, and once again experience vulnerability. It makes me so happy to see her back at work.”
Additionally, Henry Cavill stated that he would like to reprise his role as Sherlock, but that his participation would probably rely on his exceedingly hectic schedule.

Fans may be excited about the potential of a third picture due to the wishes of the cast and crew, but it’s crucial to remember that the decision to make a third film rests entirely with the public. The first movie received an IMDB rating of 6.6/10 and scores of 91% and 70% on Rotten Tomatoes’ average Tomatometer and audience ratings, respectively.
The recently released sequel currently has an IMDB rating of 6.9/10 and scores of 92% and 84% on Rotten Tomatoes, respectively.
