Their song on Drake’s most recent drop, ‘Her Loss’, which they shared the title within the brand-new Jimmy Cooks music video, was only just unveiled two weeks ago.

The 16-track album has already received a positive response from fans, and the Gunners reference is undoubtedly noteworthy.

21 Savage Circo Loco Shouts Out the Arsenal

Circo Loco, the ninth song on “Her Loss,” has the Arsenal lyric. In reference to the London-based team, 21 Savage raps in the second stanza, “Still gotta watch the Gunners win the Premier League.”

The club’s moniker, “Gunners,” is an allusion to the Royal Arsenal Factory, which manufactured explosives and weaponry. The cannon on the football team’s emblem is also a tribute to the club’s past, given that it was founded by employees of the Royal Arsenal Armament Factory.

When he was seven years old, 21 Savage moved from Plaistow, London, to Atlanta, Georgia, but he never acquired American citizenship. He has previously been photographed wearing an Arsenal shirt, and the lyric shows that both he and Drake support the British team and hope they win the league.

Fans Of Gunners Terror The “Drake Curse”

On Twitter, fans are upset over the Arsenal lyric because they now worry about the so-called “Drake curse.” The rapper is a great soccer lover and frequently posts pictures of himself sporting a variety of shirts from all over the world.

A meme that claims every time Drake wears a team’s shirt, that club always loses and it causes their demise has gone viral online. Arsenal is currently leading the Premier League, and many believe Drake has brought the feared curse upon them.

Others, however, believe that the club is secure because 21 Savage, and not Drake, rapped the lyrics. In actuality, it’s already too late because Drake’s wearing a Gunners shirt last month, when he had good luck wearing it, set off the curse.

Winning $12 million while sporting an Arsenal shirt was Drake. The 36-year-old, who was sporting an Arsenal shirt with Thierry Henri’s name on the back, won a staggering $12 million on a roulette table in October.

The player wearing the dark red top is largely regarded as the greatest player in Arsenal and Premier League history, and he played throughout the 2005–06 season.

Drake won a whopping $12,240,000 in a casino game, and he uploaded the video to his StakeDrake Twitch profile.

The rapper had bet on Barcelona and Arsenal to win their games, but the Spanish team sadly let him down, and he lost $833,333 in just a few days prior to the victory.
