A former heavyweight boxer Goran Gogic is making headlines he was charged with trafficking over $1 billion worth of cocaine, know his wife and net worth in 2022
As per a report by CNN, on Monday, Goran has been charged with the maritime trafficking for attempting to ship a total of 22 tonnes of cocaine which is worth more than $1 billion.

As per a statement released by the US Department of Justice, the 43-year-old was nabbed on Sunday night by cops after he tried to board an international flight from Miami.
As per the statement by DOJ, Gogic is accused with 3 counts of violating the federal Maritime Drug Law Enforcement Act and 1 count of Conspiracy.
According to the authorities, each count carries a minimum of 10 years of jail and it can be extended upto the life sentence.
The suspect previously has briefly appeared in the U.S. magistrate court and his another hearing his schedule to be took place this month.
For those who are unfamiliar with the incident, let us tell you, back in 2019, somewhat around 19,930 kilograms i.e, 22 tonnes of cocaine were discovered from 3 commercial cargo ships.
These were recovered along with 17,956 kilos i.e, 19.8 tonnes of MSC Gayane at the Philadelphia’s Packer Avenue Marine Terminal.
These illegal substances were allegedly made their way to the US from Columbia to Europe.

Goran Gogic, who was born in Pljevlja on Aug 4, 1979, is a Montenegro-based former heavyweight boxer.
Goran started boxing since a very young age. However, he started his professional career in boxing back in 2001.
Throughout his career as a boxer, he won a total of 21 fights while lost 2 and saw 2 draws.
The boxer made his debut in boxing on June 9, 2001. He was coached unded a professional Germany boxing trainer, Fritz Sdunek.
The 43-year-old was nabbed in October this year for the possesion of 22 tonnes of cocaine which is worth more than $1billion.
As per reports, the former boxer is believed to work for a network of Serbian and Albanian organized crime groups. Goran is unmarried with a net worth of $1.5 million.
