F2 and F3 2023 schedule calendar, dates, venue, circuits and races

Formula 2 and Formula 3 have both released their schedules for the 2023 season, know the F2 and F3 calendar schedule

For the first time, both championships will have races on three continents, including their long-awaited first races in Australia.

Formula 1 Grand Prix weekends will still have two races. The F2 championship will be decided over 14 rounds, while the F3 championship will have a record-setting 10 rounds.

Both seasons will start in Sakhir, Bahrain, on March 3-5, and F2 will go on its own two weeks later in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, on March 17-19. The two will play together for the first time at Melbourne’s Albert Park from March 31 to April 2.

On April 28–30, F2 will go back to Baku, Azerbaijan. Then, on May 19–21, the two championships will start a busy triple-header in Imola, Italy.

Then, F3 will join F2 for the first time at the famous Monaco Grand Prix on May 25–28, and the three-round run will end in Barcelona, Spain, on June 2–4.

In July, four places hold both F2 and F3 races. First, they will go straight to Spielberg, Austria, and then to Silverstone, UK. After that, on July 21–23, the race will be in Budapest, Hungary, and on July 28–30, it will be in Spa-Francorchamps, Belgium.

After the summer break, F2 races on August 25–27 in Zandvoort, Netherlands. On September 1-3, 2023, the F3 season will end at the Monza circuit in Italy. The F2 season will end at the Yas Marina Circuit in Abu Dhabi at the same time as the F1 season, at the end of November.

“The championship continues to play a hugely important role in nurturing the talent of the future and we are excited to see the next generation of F1 stars take to the track at 14 rounds of the 2023 season, visiting fan-favourite circuits and also travelling to the iconic Albert Park Circuit in Melbourne for the first time.”
