One such project happens to be the upcoming thriller Yashoda. Eega fame actress has started the initial shooting for Yashoda back in December, 2021.

Yashoda, the upcoming Telugu-language science fiction drama movie, was announced in the early phase of last year while principal photography of the filming began in December.
The shooting for the film was completed back in July, and now is all set to hit theatres.

The action thriller movie will see South Indian actress Samantha in the lead role of Yashoda along with Unni Mukundan, who will be seen portraying the character of Dr. Gautham.
On the other hand, Podaa Podi fame actress Varalaxmi Sarathkumar, will be seen in the role of Madhubala.

Plot Summary
As per synopsis given by IMDb, the story of the Yashoda movie focuses around a pregnant woman named Yashoda, who’s advised to follow strict guidelines about her physical as well as mental health and safety.
However the film takes a drastic turn when a few events occur leading Yashoda to risk her own life and well being.
Release date of Yashoda
Yashoda was previously announced to be released in August, 2022. However, the movie was held back due to some reasons.
Now the lead actress of the film has herself announced the release date of the film as the trailer of Yashoda is released by the makers on Thursday, October 27th.
The movie is all set to premiere on November 11, 2022. As per the poster shared by Pushpa starrer actress, the movie will be released in 5 Indian languages including, Telugu, Tamil, Hindi, Malayalam and Kannada.
The film is written and directed by the famous pair Hari Shankar and Harish Narayan while the dialogues of the film have been written by Pulagam Chinnarayana and Challa Bhagyalakshmi.
Yashoda is bankrolled by Sivalenka Krishna Prasad under the banners of Sridevi Movies.
