As per a report of The Sun, a notice of sale under power has confirmed that the Kim’s 5-bedroom, 6.5-bathroom mansion is about to foreclosed and is all set to put up for sale.
The property of the singer is reportedly foreclosed upon “because of, among other possible events of default, failure to pay the indebtedness.”
The Sun, in another report stated that the foreclosure is being held because Kim and her ex-NFL star husband Kroy Biermann “failed to pay back” a $300K loan after Bravo cancelled the singer’s show title ‘Don’t Be Tardy.’
The contestant of Dancing with the Stars’ show, Don’t Be Tardy was canceled back in May 2021, because of low ratings and other factors.
Following the cancellation, the couple failed to pay back a loan amount, due to which their 6,907-square-foot property is about to be auctioned off.
The duo’s fantastic mansion is all set to be auctioned off on “the first Tuesday in November 2022.”
As per the legal documents obtained by The Sun, the property “will be sold at public outcry to the highest bidder for cash before the courthouse door of Fulton County, Georgia.”
As per these documents, the couple bought the mansion back in December 2013 and after a total of 8 years, the initial Notice of sale under power was published for the mansion. The notice was published on October 6.
