According to a report by Page Six, the 42-year-old model has hired a lawyer named Thomas Sasser, who’s the managing partner of a firm named, Sasser, Cestero & Roy in West Palm Beach, Florida.
As per the report by the media outlet, a source revealed the information about the 16th richest woman’s divorce process as the source said it has already turned rancorous.
In a statement the source stated that, “Things are very nasty between Tom and Gisele because of the lawyers. They are ready for a fight.โ
The same report by the outlet also noted that the pair are allegedly not at odds about their 2 children, Benjamin and Vivian as the duo shared the thought of both parenting.
Over the course of the year the news about the problem between the two have been the subject of rumors, but it is most likely that this time the couple is believed to be splitting.
As per reports, the pair have been residing apart for a while now.

Thomas J Sasser, who’s the managing partner of a Florida legal firm namely Sasser, Cestero & Roy, PA, is a well-known lawyer.
Thomas’ specialized area of work is in family law and marital law. The lawyer had completed a degree in BA in 1992 from the College of William & Mary in Williamsburg, Virginia.
Later in 1995, the American College of Family Law Trial Lawyers Diplomate went on to pursue a JD from the University of Florida.
Both the important institutions, i.e The American Academy of Matrimonial Lawyers and the International Academy of Family Lawyers recognize him as a Fellow.
In the past, he had served as the Florida Bar’s family Law Section’s Chair. Moreover, he had also served on 4 occasions as the chair of Florida Bar Marital and Family Law Board Certification Review Course.
Presently, he serves as the national vice president of AAML and also as the IAFL’s Treasurer.

Previously, a Golf legend, Tiger Woods, who’s best known for being a 15 time major champion had hired Thomas Sasser for his separation with Elin Nordegren.
Thomas’ one of the costliest and well-known divorce cases in history was of Nordegren, where the client received a settlement of about $100 million.
In 2003, Sasser had also represented Jeff Gordon, in his ugly separation from wife Brooke. The case was eventually resolved as a compromise over the NASCAR driver’s wealth.
Coming back to the case of the model, who secured the top spot on Forbes top-earning model in 2012, her marriage with Brady reportedly fell apart after 13 years of living together.
