SM Entertainment noted that the organiser was in charge of Visas. Despite providing the organisers with all the necessary documents, SM Entertainment was informed at the last minute that Kai will not be able to travel to the US. As a result, globally renowned performers like EXO Kai who were scheduled to attend the show had to abruptly cancel their appearances.ย
Girls’ Generation’s Taeyeon will also be unable to attend KAMP LA 2022 along with EXO Kai.ย

Camp LA 2022 will start on October 15 at 3 p.m. PT, 6 p.m. ET, 5 p.m. CT, and 7 a.m. KST on October 16.ย
Day 2 of KAMP LA 2022 will see the show begin an hour sooner. On Sunday, October 16 at 2 p.m. PT, 5 p.m. ET, and 4 p.m. CT, and October 17, 6 a.m. KST, watch day 2 of KAMP LA 2022.ย
The Artists Who Won’t Be At KAMP LA 2022ย
An official statement from KAMP LA 2022 outlining the issue has been released recently. The statement read that the following musicians are unable to travel as scheduled due to unanticipated U.S. work visa complications. The situation went beyond the control of the artists and promoters. According to the statement, the musicians that are excluded are BamBam, Jeon Somi, Kai, Lapillus, Taeyeon, and Zion.T.
